The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild soundtrack is now available on vinyl

Nintendo and Laced Records have released two vinyl collections for the The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild soundtrack. The range consists of a 34-track double LP and an eight-LP box set featuring 130 tracks newly remastered for vinyl.

Both releases come in standard black vinyl and limited colored-vinyl editions. The limited versions are available while supplies last through Laced Records, Nintendo Store, Nintendo NEW YORK, and Nintendo SAN FRANCISCO. Standard black editions will be sold through select retailers.

The limited double LP is priced at $49.99. It includes heavyweight blue-and-white marbled records, a wide-spined outer sleeve, and a printed inner sleeve. Its curated tracklist includes pieces such as “Overworld (Day),” “Great Fairy Fountain,” and “Hyrule Castle.”

The limited eight-LP box set costs $194.99. Its heavyweight discs use an alternate blue-and-gold splatter design and are stored in a rigid dual-slipcase package. Each record is arranged around a theme reflecting the game's progression, from exploring Hyrule to freeing the Divine Beasts from Calamity Ganon and uncovering Shrine mysteries.

Both releases feature archival artwork produced by the development team. Nintendo also describes the collection as one of the first major Nintendo game soundtracks to receive a vinyl release outside Japan.

Players who want a digital option can also stream the Breath of the Wild soundtrack through Nintendo Music, the smart-device app available exclusively to Nintendo Switch Online members. The app supports playlists, recommendations, and spoiler-track hiding for unfinished games; it requires a Nintendo Account, Nintendo Switch Online membership, compatible smart device, and internet access.
